1° development strategies for the Commune of Bikok and their implementation;

2° the budget of the Commune of Bikok and its execution;

3° the action plan for the Commune of Bikok and its implementation;

4° infrastructure and urban development in the Commune of Bikok;

5° the master plan for land use and town planning, the local land use plan, the specific land use plan and the subdivision plan for the Commune of Bikok in accordance with the relevant laws;

6° funds to be invested in enterprises or companies in which the Commune of Bikok intends to hold shares in accordance with the relevant laws;

7° transport of people and goods in the Commune of Bikok;

8° the draft organisation chart of the Commune of Bikok, the salaries and other benefits of staff determined by order of the Prime Minister;
